Dr Sandeep Pillai and Dr Sreeja Pillai jointly founded Ashtaang in 2014. Both provide individual Ayurveda consultations at our Ambernath clinic, with advice on medicines, procedures, diet and lifestyle according to your needs.

We consider your medical history, relevant investigations and current medicines alongside Ayurvedic assessment. Your physician explains the proposed plan and answers your questions before treatment begins.
Our practice welcomes patients across age groups. Procedures are selected only after individual assessment, and specialist advice or referral is recommended when appropriate.

First consultation ₹600; follow-up ₹250. Clinical, diet and lifestyle advice are included. Medicines and procedures are charged separately.
