Dr. Pillai’s Ashtaang · Patient guide
Your first consultation
Come with your questions. We will take time to understand.
Your first visit is a conversation about your health, the care you already receive and what you hope to address. At our Ambernath clinic, your physician uses this fuller picture to plan Ayurvedic care with you.
At a glance
First consultation · ₹600
Usually around 15–20 minutes, according to clinical needs.
Clinical assessment, treatment planning, diet and lifestyle advice are included. Medicines and procedures are charged separately.
Appointments are preferred. Walk-ins depend on availability.
Before your visit
Keep a few useful things together.
Medical reports
Bring relevant blood-test results, imaging reports and specialist opinions, including earlier records that help explain your history.
Prescriptions and medicines
Bring previous prescriptions and a current list of medicines and supplements, including treatments prescribed elsewhere.
Your concerns and questions
Think about what has changed, what matters most to you and any questions you would like to discuss. Speak in your own words.
During consultation
A plan built around your clinical picture.
Consultation begins by listening. Share your symptoms, health history and everyday routines, as well as what has or has not helped before.
Our clinical approach →Assessment and discussion
Your physician considers your history and relevant reports alongside Ayurvedic clinical assessment. Tell us about allergies, previous reactions and any relevant changes in your health.
Treatment and practical advice
The plan may include medicines, diet and lifestyle guidance, and selected procedures. Panchakarma is not part of every treatment plan. Advice on changing existing medicines follows a review of your case.
Before you leave
Every patient receives a written prescription. Ask about the proposed treatment, its purpose, relevant precautions and when to return. Bring this prescription to follow-up visits.
